
This time I invite you to Alaçatı (Çeşme) – one of the traditional cities in Turkey located on the coast of the Aegean Sea, famous for its stone houses, narrow streets, and boutique hotels and restaurants. This week will be filled with morning Ashtanga Yoga practice, themed workshops, and time for breathing. Join and take advantage of these 6 rejuvenating days to recharge your batteries in a supportive space and community.
On the program:
- 5-morning Mysore class-style practices
- 1 morning Led class practice
- 2 thematic workshops
- Chanting and pranayama



Accommodations:
The boutique Hotel D’Core Alaçatı (Çeşme) is a beautiful wood-lined practice space and garden where we will dine, spend time with a book, and meet over traditional Turkish tea or coffee. 10 rooms – all with private bathrooms and refrigerators. Free WiFi.
Meals:
Good and nutritious food is one of the most important elements of a wellness retreat. Local and international cuisine on-site allows students to eat fresh and healthy meals every day. Coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks are available throughout the day.



Free time:
During our free time, we will experience the magic and charm of Turkey. Alaçatı is a town on Turkey’s Çeşme peninsula on the Aegean Sea. It is famous for its pleasant breeze on the beaches, blue skies, and old stone houses. It’s the perfect place to wander the charming cobblestone streets and visit the local stores. The area is also ideal for water sports enthusiasts, such as surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, or visiting a nearby island on a day trip by boat. There will also be no shortage of activities for lovers of archaeological and historical sites.



Program:
Day 1 : We gather at the site in the late afternoon and meet in the hall to greet each other, discuss the program, and catch our breath after the trip. Then we sit down at a table set with delicious food.
Day 2 -5 : We will begin the day with a Mysore Class-style practice. After practice, we will have brunch and visit nearby corners enjoying the charms of the town. In the afternoon we will return to the hotel for a joint breathing practice and a nourishing dinner.
There will also be thematic workshops on the 2nd and 4th days.
Day 6 : We will start the last day with Led Class practice and after brunch we will culminate our time together with a short meeting.

Cost:
- Double room: 650 euros
- Single room: 850 euros
Price includes accommodation, meals (6x brunch, 5x dinner), yoga practice, and workshops.

On your own. The nearest airport: is Izmir Adnan Menderes International Airport (ADB). Arrivals should be on or before May 29 and departures on or after June 4. Additional accommodations before or after the scheduled time will be possible if availability permits.
